"Nature Walks Through the Seasons" is a series of mindfulness journal notebooks light enough to carry with you on adventures in the great outdoors. They have soft covers so can easily be fitted into an odd space in a backpack or lunch bag. Log your walks and plan future explorations. The experience becomes all the more meaningful when you record your personal response to nature and the landscape with your own drawings and notes. Really noticing and responding to your surroundings on a walk has become a popular mindfulness technique and booster to mental wellbeing.
What is inside?
Right hand pages have the top half clear for drawing or sketching and the lower half lightly ruled for notes and journaling. Other pages are divided equally between clear pages and fully college ruled pages. At the back there is a short planner section for you to plan some walks for the future.
There is a Nature Walks journal available for each of the four seasons of the year, Spring, Summer, Autumn (Fall) and Winter.
